成哲 Cheng Zhe

Cheng Zhe (b. 1985, Heilongjiang, China) is a contemporary artist based in Qingdao, Shandong. He completed his advanced studies in oil painting at the renowned Xu Beihong's Studio of the Central Academy of Fine Arts in 2004.
His practice is deeply influenced by his environment, with style and content constantly evolving. His recent series is inspired by current global instability and the tenderness of his beloved daughter, which led to the creation of the "Little Girl" character.
The “Little Girl” is a core symbol in his work, representing the great love, kindness, and compassion he wishes to share. Depicted with soft brushstrokes and pure colors, she explores various childhood expressions. Cheng Zhe uses this accessible image to gently address social and global issues while expressing a father's unconditional love.
Cheng Zhe's recent solo shows at Yidi Art Gallery in Hong Kong include: Simple Gifts (2022), One Flower, One World (2023), and Tomorrow Promises (2024). Other solo shows include Unforgettable Moments (2022) at Yotomy Art Gallery in Duisburg, Germany. In October 2024, his work was featured in the acclaimed pop-up exhibition En Voyage with Masters, presented by Yidi Art and Harvey Nichols. In 2025, Cheng Zhe made his debut at Shanghai Art021 with his solo exhibition The Essence Of Exploration, which was very well received. He has also participated in group exhibitions at Maddox Gallery (London, 2022), Gallery Afternoon (Seoul, 2022), and Seefood Room Gallery (Hong Kong, 2023).
成哲（ 1985 年生於中國黑龍江）是一位中國當代藝術家，目前生活並工作於山東青島。 2004 年，他完成在中央美術學院徐悲鴻畫室的油畫進修。
成哲的創作深受其生活環境的影響 ，作品在風格與內容上持續演變. 2023年，他探索了多種媒介與技法，不斷突破自身的藝術邊界. 他近期的系列作品深受全球局勢不穩定的啟發，同時，他深愛的女兒也為他帶來了喜悅、溫柔與創作靈感.
「小女孩」象徵成哲希望分享的偉大之愛、善意與慈悲。他以豐富色彩、柔和筆觸描繪了多種童真表情。成哲巧妙地藉助這親切形象，探討社會與全球性議題，並體現出父親無條件的細膩愛。
成哲在香港一地藝術的個展包括：2022年的《簡單的禮物》、2023年的《一花一世界》，以及2024年的《明日的應許》。其他個展包括2022年在德國杜伊斯堡Yotomy藝術畫廊舉辦的《Unforgettable Moments》。2024年10月，他參展了一地藝術攜手香港Harvey Nichols舉辦的快閃展《與大師同行》，展覽廣受好評。此外，於2025年，他首次亮相於上海Art021，他的個展《探素精華遊》亦廣受好評。他同時還參加了多個群展，包括：2022年倫敦Maddox畫廊、2022年首爾Gallery Afternoon以及2023年香港Seefood Room畫廊的展覽。
